Travel Consultant & Product
Role Description
INDONATURE TRAVEL is a growing travel company based on sustainable tourism, with a young and dynamic team and we arrange trips through all Indonesia.
We are currently searching for a Travel Consultant & Product in our offices in Bali. They will create personalized travel itineraries with our system based on the Contracts from Hotels & Services that they will request and input in our system.
Responsibilities:
- Create (tailor-made) tour quotations based on requests, and itineraries.
- Request Contracts and AdHocs, and negotiate with Hotels & Services.
- Search for new products (Hotels & Services) to implement in the quotations.
- Issue invoices in due time and assist accounting department with regard to payment.
- Strive to achieve a high ratio of conversions versus enquiries.
- Advise, create outlines and Travel itineraries for Tour operators/ Travel agents.
- Coordinate with related departments to execute bookings and payments.
- Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
Qualifications:
- Calculating skills, attention to the little details
- Ability to create and manage quotations/travel itineraries
- Knowledge of travel regulations and procedures
- Experience at making quotations for FIT and groups
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Candidates with fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) will have an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field;
- Open for Fresh Graduates or a minimum of 1 year of experience in Inbound Tour Operations or related fields.
- Good attitude, detail-oriented, well organised, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Data Entry experience.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Based in Saba, Gianyar, Bali
